The server is entirely on-premise. It operates within a closed network, with no cloud-based components and no internet access, so the casino retains full control and security.
Is the system connected to the internet?
No. The system operates within a closed network and is entirely on-premise. The server does not have internet access, and Aeyesky only accesses the system when we are on-site.
How does the system ensure player privacy?
Our system is not connected to any player-related databases. The AI references only table positions (Player 1, 2, 3, 4) for analysis, so no personal player data is used or stored.
What is Dealer Fault detection, and how does it work?
The system detects and records gameplay segments identified as Dealer Faults. These video clips typically range from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Casino users have full access to review these recordings for further analysis.
How much of the table area is analyzed by the system?
The AI analyzes only a small, focused section of the table within the region of interest (ROI). Only the relevant parts of the game are captured for analysis; no unnecessary footage of players or dealers is collected.
Is any third party involved in the system's operations?
No. No third-party companies or services are involved. The entire system is managed internally by Aeyesky and the casino's own users.
Can certain functions be disabled for regulatory compliance?
Yes. Functions such as advantage-player detection can be disabled upon request to ensure regulatory safety and compliance in your jurisdiction.
How long are the video clips stored?
Clips are stored for as long as storage space permits. Each clip is roughly 20MB, so a standard 2TB drive holds approximately 100,000 clips. Aeyesky can add additional storage as needed.
